Melchers Developments Inc, was founded in 2014 as a sister company to Melchers Construction Limited. MCL was founded in 1987 starting out with renovations and additions. We continued to grow over the years increasing volume in these areas plus adding commercial projects and custom homes.

In 2014 MDI was created to focus on new home construction. Building neighborhoods that enhance the towns and villages we have chosen to be a part of and to cultivate respectful relationships within these communities is our goal. Since then, we have built hundreds of houses in many communities moving people into their dream homes.
